Ninh Binh Local Tour is proud to be a leading provider of reputable Ninh Binh motorbike rental services and bicycles, offering safe and convenient travel experiences for domestic and international customers. To ensure your rights and build transparency in our cooperation, we hereby announce the following policies and terms. Please read carefully before using our services.

Vehicle Rental Policies at Ninh Binh Local Tour

  • Vehicle Types Provided: High-quality manual scooters, automatic scooters, and bicycles, regularly maintained.
  • Rental Prices:
    • Manual Scooter: $4 USD/day.
    • Automatic Scooter: $4.8 USD/day.
    • Bicycle: $2 USD/day (reference price, contact for details).
  • Flexible Rental Period: Daily, weekly, monthly, or long-term, depending on customer needs.
  • Offers: Free 2 helmets, 1 liter of gasoline, and a 10% discount for rentals of 3 days or more.

Rental Conditions

  • Rental Eligibility: Customers aged 18 and over with valid personal identification (National ID/Citizen ID, passport, or driver’s license).
  • Rental Procedures:
    1. Provide personal information and sign the rental contract.
    2. Pay a deposit (if applicable, depending on the vehicle type and rental period).
    3. Receive the vehicle at your location within 10-15 minutes in Ninh Binh.
  • Requirements: Do not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or violate Vietnamese traffic laws.

Vehicle Delivery and Pick-up Policies

  • Delivery to Your Location: Commitment to fast delivery within 10-15 minutes to any location in Ninh Binh (Trang An, Tam Coc, Bai Dinh Pagoda, hotels…).
  • Vehicle Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect the vehicle’s condition (engine, brakes, lights, tires…) with our staff before receiving it.
  • Vehicle Return: Return the vehicle at the agreed location in the contract or request our staff to pick it up at your location (free within Ninh Binh city).

Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancel 24 Hours in Advance: 100% refund if payment has been made in advance.
  • Cancel Within 24 Hours: 50% refund of the deposit (if applicable).
  • No Notification: No refund if the customer does not pick up the vehicle as scheduled.

Legal and Safety Commitments

  • Vehicle Origin: All motorbikes and bicycles at Ninh Binh Local Tour have clear legal documents and are registered in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  • Insurance: Vehicles are provided with standard helmets, ensuring maximum safety for customers.
  • Emergency Support: Our technical team is ready to assist 24/7 if the vehicle encounters problems during use (free in case of our fault).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep the vehicle carefully, do not repair it without permission from Ninh Binh Local Tour.
  • Compensate for damage if the vehicle is damaged due to intentional fault or misuse.
  • Comply with traffic laws and take responsibility for violations (if any) during the rental period.

Information Security Policy

  • Customer personal information (name, phone number, personal identification) will only be used for vehicle rental purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law enforcement agencies.
  • Ninh Binh Local Tour is committed to strictly complying with the Personal Data Protection Law in Vietnam.
