Motorcycle Rental Process

Step 2: Agree on Price and Rental Duration
Motorcycle rental prices range from 50,000 – 200,000 VND/day depending on the type of motorcycle, rental duration, and delivery location. For example:
- Manual motorcycles (Wave, Sirius): 50,000 – 120,000 VND/day.
- Scooters (Vision, Lead, Airblade): 120,000 – 200,000 VND/day.
Renting by the week or month is cheaper than renting by the day. Additionally, if the delivery location is beyond a 5 km radius, an extra fee of 7,000 VND/km will be charged.
Step 3: Sign the Contract
Ninh Binh Local Tour will provide a rental contract detailing the motorcycle information, rental duration, price, responsibilities of both parties, and terms regarding damage or loss. Please read carefully before signing.
Step 4: Payment and Motorcycle Pickup
Pay the full rental fee (for daily rentals) or 50% (for weekly or monthly rentals); additionally, customers need to provide a deposit as agreed.
Receive the motorcycle along with accessories (helmets, lock, etc.) and the shop’s contact information for support when needed.
Step 5: Return the Motorcycle
Return the motorcycle at the agreed time and check its condition with the staff.
Retrieve your documents or deposit after settling any additional fees (if applicable).
Bicycle Rental Procedures at Ninh Binh Local Tour

- Deposit: Ranging from 200,000 – 500,000 VND or equivalent to 10-20 USD, depending on the type of bicycle.
Note: Bicycles do not require a driver’s license under Vietnamese law, so the documentation process is generally simpler than for motorcycle rentals.

- Standard bicycle: 50,000 – 70,000 VND/day.
- Mountain or tandem bicycle: 70,000 – 100,000 VND/day.
- Renting by the week is cheaper than renting by the day. Additionally, if the delivery location is beyond a 5 km radius, an extra fee of 7,000 VND/km will be charged.

- Ninh Binh Local Tour may provide a bicycle rental contract (depending on the case), detailing the bicycle information, rental duration, price, responsibilities of both parties, and terms regarding damage or loss.
